My golf fitness concept can be divided into three areas
Speed Strength
Goal- Explosive Swing
Utilizing dumbbells, body weight, and functional movements to increase our maximum strength, coordination, and speed power. In addition, we use medicine balls and the cable pulley to improve explosive rotational ability.
Flexibility & Mobility
Goal- More rotation without dodging or loss of strength
Through special Flexibility and mobility exercises from gymnastics that have been adapted for golfers.
Strength Training
Goal- Keeping the body healthy and strong, and preventing injuries
Through a variety of strength exercises in the gym (dumbbells, cable pulls, and functional movements for stabilization and strengthening).
